The private screened swimming pool has a good supply of luxury pool furniture. All pool doors / windows are alarmed for safety. There is a selection of inflatable toys for your use. The pool overlooks a tree lined grass area.
The open plan kitchen is equipped with oven, large fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, dishwasher, waste disposal and breakfast table. All cutlery, utensils, bed linen and towels are provided.

The washer and dryer along with all the laundry facilities can be found in the garage.

The lounge has 2 sofas (one of which is a bed settee), cable TV, video / DVD players, and stereo system. The sliding patio doors, which open onto the pool area, are alarmed.

Separate dining area, seats 6 and is adjacent to the kitchen.
Master bedroom has a King size bed, cable TV and video, and walk in wardrobe. The en-suite bathroom comprises of a shower, wc, vanity washbasin and hairdryer.

Second bedroom features a queen size bed, walk in wardrobe. Window onto pool area is alarmed.

Third bedroom has twin beds and walk in wardrobe.

The second bathroom which has a full bath suite with shower over, wc, vanity washbasin and hair dryer is situated between these two bedrooms.

All wardrobes are equipped with hangers.

A full sized slate bed pool table is located in the garage for use by our guests.
