Our spacious home offers 1725 sq ft of fully air-conditioned accommodation with many extras to help make your holiday the perfect experience. The home is situated on the award winning conservation area of Indian Point, set in a quiet location yet just a few minutes off the Highway 192 with it’s many shopping and dining experiences. Disney Maingate and International Drive are just 15 minutes away and all Central Florida attractions are easily reached. Detailed driving instructions are provided from either Sanford (60 mins) or Orlando (30 Mins). The villa is fully licensed and meets the stringent safety standards set by the Florida Tourist Board.

KITCHEN
Comes fully equipped with all you would need for preparing a full meal or snacks on the patio when you wish to go al fresco.  These include large cooker, large fridge/freezer, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishwasher, cutlery, crockery & glassware. Plastic utensils are provided for use on the patio. There is also a eat in kitchen table seats 4.
LOUNGE/DINER
Relax in our comfortable sofas whilst watching the large screen cable TV or making use of our extensive DVD library. There is also a hi-fi system for listening to CD’s or the radio. There is a dining area off the lounge with seating for 6 people.
MASTER BEDROOM
King size bed and plenty of drawer space together with a cable TV and DVD player. There is a walk in full en suite bathroom with both tub, walk in shower and double basin vanity unit. There is also a walk in closet with more than ample hanging space. Hair dryers are also provided for guests.
2nd BEDROOM
Queen size bed with large closet and ample drawer space.
3rd & 4th BEDROOM
Each has 2 twin beds and again with ample drawer space and closets.

POOL & GARDEN AREA
The southwest facing pool has the sun from mid morning until late afternoon. The garden is fully fenced and so screened from others so you have the privacy to relax and enjoy the Florida sunshine. The pool also has internal lighting so it can be used in the evenings to make best use of the pool it can be heated on request for a small extra charge. A BBQ is provided to let you make the most of those long Florida evenings.
