The third bedroom has two twin beds each with a memory foam mattress.

The pool area has a seating area under the nice covered section where you can relax or take meals. The pool is between 3' and 6' foot deep and offers a connected spa that can be heated within minutes. Please specify if you want to rent the property with the optional spa heating, so that we can make the heater control accessible for you.

The pool area is south facing and is bordered by a greenbelt without any rear neighbours.

The Garage has been converted to a games area with its own flat screen television, Wii gaming system, Vegas style slot machine (Token operated, no coins needed), a convertible pool/air-hockey table, dartboard and much more.
