The Family room is very spacious and provides views of the swimming pool and patio area, through double patio doors. Three comfortable sofa's, Digital Satellite TV with 100 plus channels , DVD, VCR and stereo music system, selection of books and games.

The Elegant Dining room seats eight.

The Kitchen is fully fitted and includes:- Range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with ice maker. All cooking utensils provided. Breakfast nook and table seating for four. Computer desk with modern PC and 17 inch LCD flat monitor with broadband ( DSL ) Internet access, Microsoft Office etc at no extra charge.

Laundry Room with Washer, Dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, satellite TV, and sliding doors to the lanai. The super-size ensuite bathroom has a corner bath, his 'n' hers vanity units and a large shower, large walk-in closet with safe.

The upstairs Master bedroom is very spacious, and has a queen-size bed, satellite TV, ample sized built in closet, comfortable rocking chairs. Ensuite bathroom with shower.

Pool Area - Patio doors lead onto the covered patio / lanai and on to the fully screened 30ft x 15ft private heatable pool and spa( heated to 95F). The extended pool deck is perfect for relaxing or sunbathing, and has luxury padded chairs / loungers for twelve. The Lanai is a covered outside area, with table and chairs, and benefits from a refreshing paddle fan.
Outside, there are irrigated lawns, tropical plants, and privacy hedging.
