This Beautiful Villa is fully air conditioned and consists of a spacious lounge/diner, kitchen, utility room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with luxury furnishings and equipped to a high standard.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All essential china, cutlery etc. is provided along with a toaster, coffee maker and numerous other items. A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room.

• Situated at the back of the villa is our own large private screened swimming pool. The pool is fitted with an electric heat pump so it is possible to have warm water all year round. It also has a separate pool for the children, a Hot Tub and a very large patio area with patio furniture. All patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to avoid young children entering the area un-noticed.
• The New games room has a Pool Table and an Air Hockey Table. Great for kids and adults alike. Also, only a short distance from the villa is the estate’s large community swimming pool and tennis court. They can be used at anytime free of charge. Tennis rackets are available in the villa.
